You may change your choice at any time using the Cookie settings button. Saving reloads the page, so choose before filling out a form. Withdrawal prevents future loading of disabled services; it does not undo past processing.
What does this website store?
Necessary storage
- dbss_consent_v1 — DBSS cookie: stores your choices and their expiry. Retention: 180 days after saving. We ask again after expiry.
- wpEmojiSettingsSupports — WordPress sessionStorage: a technical record of the browser’s support for emoji. Retention: until the tab session ends.
Necessary storage lets the site respect your choice and supports technical operation. Administrative sign-in uses additional WordPress login cookies; these are not required for ordinary browsing.
Optional advert preference
dbss-cnc-seen-v1 — DBSS localStorage: with your permission, stores when the bohrwerk advert was displayed so it appears no more than once every seven days. This entry has no automatic deletion deadline; it remains until replaced, cleared in the browser or removed when you reject this option. Seven days is the display interval, not its retention period. We do not send this value to advertising networks.
Optional Google services
Google reCAPTCHA: protects the contact form against spam. It loads only on form pages after your permission. Google processes technical device and connection data to assess risk and uses the _GRECAPTCHA cookie. If you do not allow it, email info@dbss.si directly.
Google Maps: the embedded map loads only after permission. Your browser then connects to Google, which receives connection data, including your IP address, and may use its own storage.
Google’s cookies vary with the service, your Google sign-in and browser settings. Google sets their retention periods. Examples in its documentation are NID (6 months after last use), AEC (6 months) and SOCS (13 months); this is not a list of cookies necessarily set on every visit. The documentation consulted does not specify a retention period for _GRECAPTCHA.

Deleting data and updates
You can delete cookies and local storage through your browser settings. This website cannot delete existing Google cookies; remove these through your browser. Deleting dbss_consent_v1 makes the notice appear again. We update this policy when the services used change.
